Pearl of Rosé

Grape varieties : 55% cabernet franc, 20% cabernet sauvignon, 25% merlot

Nature : : A rosé that assumes itself, with a fairly sustained, brilliant raspberry color. The nose is fresh, airy, with aromas of small red fruits, blackcurrant, currant. The mouth offers a nice chew balanced by a refreshing acidity. A pretty table rosy, salivating.

Conservation : 1 to 2 years

Tasting :  serve between 8 and 10 degrees. Ideal as an aperitif, on a minestrone, samosas or a risotto with salmon
